Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
This policy explains how ADVITECS handles the personal data you share with us through this website. We keep it short and specific: we collect only what we need to answer you and to keep the Site running, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
ADVITECS is the trading name of Advanced Intelligence Technical Systems L.L.C., a technology company based in Amman, Jordan, working with clients in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait. We operate the website www.advitecs.com (the "Site").
For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@advitecs.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site or contact us through it, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to the Site only. Data we process on behalf of clients during an engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement and our Terms & Conditions.
3. The data we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message through the Site we collect:
- your name and company name;
- your business email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number;
- the service you are interested in and the message you write;
- your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to you, and the date and time the message was sent.
Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence, including your email address and anything you include in it.
Technical data. Like almost every website, the Site and the providers that host and protect it record technical information about each visit: the IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages requested, the time of the request and the page that referred you. This data is used to keep the Site secure and available and to protect it from abuse.
Cookie choice. The Site stores your cookie preference so that we do not ask you again on every visit. See section 6.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers or any special categories of personal data through the Site, and we ask you not to send them to us through the contact form.
4. How we use your data and why we are allowed to
We use the data described above only for the following purposes:
- To answer your enquiry and to follow up on it, including sending you an acknowledgement email when your message is received. We do this on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form and, where a business relationship follows, to take steps towards an agreement with you.
- To keep the Site secure and working, to detect and block abuse and automated traffic, and to diagnose faults. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable website.
- To understand how the Site is used, for example which pages are read most, so that we can improve it. We do this only with your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To comply with the law, for example to keep records we are required to keep or to respond to a lawful request from an authority.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking you first.
We share personal data only with the providers we need in order to run the Site and to communicate with you:
- Web hosting and content delivery providers, which store the Site's files, deliver the pages to your browser and protect the Site from attacks. They process technical data such as IP addresses on our behalf.
- Email service providers, which deliver the messages you send us and the replies we send you, and store our mailboxes.
- Analytics providers, if you accept optional cookies, to produce aggregated usage statistics for the Site.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contracts that limit what they may do with the data. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy.
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. The Site uses two kinds.
Essential cookies. These keep the Site secure and working and are always on. They include the cookie that records your cookie choice (kept for 180 days) and a protection cookie set by our hosting provider that helps tell real visitors from automated traffic. Essential cookies do not track you across other websites.
Optional cookies. With your permission we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies that help us understand how the Site is used, for example which pages are read most and how visitors move between them. IP addresses are anonymised and the data is aggregated. These cookies are only set after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Choosing Essential only keeps them off, and the Site works exactly the same either way.
Changing your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time here: . You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; if you do, the banner will ask you again on your next visit.
7. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, the correspondence becomes part of the records for that engagement. If it does not, we delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
- Technical logs are kept by our hosting providers for a limited period for security purposes and are then deleted automatically.
- Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for 180 days.
We may keep data for longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
8. Where your data is stored
Our hosting, email and analytics providers may store data on servers outside Jordan, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred across borders we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual terms, and we choose providers that maintain recognised security certifications.
9. How we protect it
The Site is served over HTTPS only, and the contact form is protected against automated submissions and abuse. Access to the mailboxes that receive your enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you and is protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have some or all of the following rights, and we honour them for every visitor regardless of location:
- to ask what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it;
- to ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to ask us to delete your data;
- to object to, or ask us to restrict, a particular use of your data;
- to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, without affecting what was done before the withdrawal;
- to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@advitecs.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by applicable law.
11. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
The Site contains links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use your data we will make that clear on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
14. How to contact us
Questions about this policy or about your personal data: Advanced Intelligence Technical Systems L.L.C., Amman, Jordan, info@advitecs.com, or use the contact page.
